This website is being without analysis and tracking services operated and implements no cookies on. No data is shared with advertising or social media partners.
If you enable speech output in the chat assistant, this choice is stored solely in your browser (local storage, entry iit_tts) so that the chat remembers it on your next visit. This entry never leaves your device and contains no personal data. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings. As this is a function you actively trigger yourself, no consent is required (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).
When you access our pages, the web server processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, date and time of access, page requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system) on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is providing, stabilising and securing the service. Log files are deleted after seven days automatically, unless they are required to investigate a security incident.
The website is operated on servers in Germany . No transfer to third countries takes place.
Chat Assistant: The website chat is processed on Insight-IT GmbH's own systems operated in Germany. Chat input is processed to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not evaluated for advertising purposes. Your input is never used to train third-party AI models. Please do not enter sensitive data (e.g. passwords) in the chat.
Speech input: If you use the microphone function, the recording is transferred to our own systems for conversion into text and processed there solely for that purpose. The recording is not stored permanently after conversion. Your microphone is only accessed after you have expressly granted permission in your browser.
Speech output: To read answers aloud, the answer text is sent to our own speech synthesis and returned as audio. No storage takes place.
Forwarding to our team: If you request personal contact in the chat or report an incident, the data you provide (name, email address, phone number and company where applicable) and the conversation history are forwarded to our service team to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).
A browser game is hidden on this website as a technology demo. It runs entirely in your browser and is only loaded when you start it yourself.
Settings: The game stores your music choice, volume, ray-tracing setting, chosen field of view, game mode (campaign or PvP arena), practice-bot setting, screen-shake setting, sound style and your self-chosen player name in your browser (local storage, entries ap_musik, ap_musikvol, ap_raytracing, ap_sichtfeld, ap_modus, ap_pvp_bots, ap_bildwackeln, ap_klangstil and ap_name). Music, volume, sound, graphics and game-mode settings never leave your device. The game only sends the player name to our server when you play together with others (see “Playing together”). Legal basis: Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG.
Live radio: If you select “Remote” in the game, your browser loads the live stream directly from the respective station (sunshine live or WDR). The station receives your IP address and the usual connection data; the station's privacy notice applies. Without this selection, no connection is made.
Playing together: If several people open the game at the same time, your browser exchanges the position, viewing direction, weapon, health and score of your game character as well as the figure you chose (man or woman) with our server (insight-it.de) over an encrypted connection, in the campaign additionally your shots (weapon, muzzle position, direction of fire) so that the other players can see and hear them, and in the multiplayer area “Hölle” (hell) additionally game events (shots, hits, kills, round result); the server forwards this information only to the other players in the same game area. Shots and game events are neither stored nor logged. Your IP address is processed by the server only in memory to limit the number of simultaneous connections per network connection and is discarded when you disconnect; it is neither logged nor stored. No third-party services are involved. Only the leaderboard is stored permanently (player name, score, wave, kills, date; at most ten entries). The player name is either the automatically assigned name such as “Marine-417” or a name you enter yourself in the game — it is then visible to all players. Please therefore choose a nickname rather than your full name. The server rejects inadmissible names; you can request deletion of your leaderboard entry at any time via the contact details given in the legal notice. The game additionally stores your personal high score and the figure you chose in your browser (entries ap_rekord, insight_figur). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the multiplayer function).
Shared world (co-op): If several people play the campaign together in the same game area in a shared world, the game of the person who entered the game area first (game host) calculates enemies, office characters, waves and items for everyone. For this purpose, additional game states are transmitted via our server (insight-it.de): from the game host’s browser to the other players the position and state of the enemies and characters, the wave progress and the items; from the other players’ browsers to the game host their hits (target, damage, point of impact) and collected items. The server forwards this information only within the game area and neither stores nor logs it; no new entries are created in your browser for this. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the multiplayer function).
In-game chat: While playing together you can send short text messages (up to 160 characters) to the other players in the same game area. The server adds your player name, removes control characters, replaces links and e-mail addresses with placeholders and inadmissible words with stars, and immediately forwards the message to the other players. Chat messages are neither stored nor logged and disappear from the other players' browsers once the game is closed; the server only keeps counters to limit abuse (at most one message per 1.5 seconds). Please do not enter personal data in the chat. You can mute other players for yourself; this setting is not stored. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the multiplayer function).
Voice chat: The game can transmit your voice to the other players in the same game area. Voice chat is switched on by default; your browser asks for the microphone when you first start a game. If you decline or switch voice chat off in the game, nothing is transmitted; you then only listen. Sound is transmitted only while you hold down the push-to-talk key (30 seconds at most per key press), compressed to Opus in your browser, sent encrypted to our server (insight-it.de) and from there forwarded live only to the other players in the same game area who have also enabled voice chat. The server neither stores nor logs voice data (only a count of the forwarded packets, with no personal reference); no third-party services are involved. Other players can hear your voice. You can switch off voice chat at any time in the game (withdrawal of consent). Whether voice chat is switched on, the chosen push-to-talk key and the voice volume are stored by the game in your browser (entries ap_sprache, ap_sprechtaste and ap_sprachvol). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent by allowing microphone access in your browser); for the local entries Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG.
Discount code: Anyone who completes the game can request a discount code. For this we process the e-mail address you provide, optionally your name, the game statistics, IP address and browser identifier in order to verify the run and send the code (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The request is deleted from the web server after sending; to prevent abuse, the server stores a hash of your IP address for at most one hour. The code is sent by e-mail via Microsoft 365.
In-game feedback: Using the “Feedback” button in the game menu, you can voluntarily send us feedback. For this we process your text, the selected category (bug, idea or praise), an optional contact detail (e-mail address or name) and technical information about the game (version, graphics level, game mode, level, wave, average frame rate, graphics card, screen size, language, browser and operating system in short form, live or test site) in order to improve the game. The feedback is transmitted encrypted to our server (insight-it.de), stored there without your IP address and forwarded by e-mail (Microsoft 365) to the management mailbox of Insight-IT GmbH. The server processes your IP address only transiently in its working memory to limit abuse (for at most 24 hours); it is neither stored nor logged. No screenshot is taken and nothing is stored in your browser. We keep feedback for at most twelve months and delete it afterwards. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent by voluntarily sending it); you can withdraw your consent at any time via the contact details given in the legal notice and request the deletion of your feedback.
At game.insight-it.de/steinfall/ we offer the skill game STEINFALL. It runs entirely in your browser; all parts of the game (program code, font) come from our own server, no third-party services are involved, and the game sets no cookies. When it starts, the game asks our server whether the multiplayer server is available and receives the current leaderboard; as with every page request, the web server processes the usual connection data for this (see “Accessing the website”).
Settings in your browser: Whether music and sound effects are switched on is stored by the game in your browser (local storage, entries steinfall.musikAn and steinfall.sfxAn); on touch devices it also stores that you have confirmed the short introduction to the touch controls (steinfall.touchHilfe). The game only stores your player name if you explicitly choose “Namen merken” (remember name) after a round (steinfall.name); it is then used as your player name in duels. These settings do not leave your device; the game only sends the player name when you play a duel or enter the leaderboard (see below). You can delete the entries at any time in your browser settings. Legal basis: Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG.
Duel: If you choose “Duell” or open an invitation link, your browser connects to our multiplayer server (insight-it.de) over an encrypted connection. The following are transmitted: your player name, the room code, your game inputs (move, rotate, faster drop, place, hold), about twice per second a snapshot of your playing field (occupied cells, score, lines, number of pieces, combo level, danger flag), attacks (number of garbage lines and gap column) and the end of the game. The server forwards this information only to your opponent in the same room, who also sees your player name; whoever creates a room also appears with player name and room code in the list of open rooms, which all players of the respective website see in the duel menu. The server does not store playing fields or moves, and duel results do not appear in the leaderboard (for the operating log see below). The room code in the invitation link comes after the “#” character; this part of the address is not transmitted to the server when the page is opened, and the game removes it from the address bar after reading it. The game copies the invitation link to your device’s clipboard only when you click the button. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the multiplayer function).
Leaderboard: After a single-player round you can enter the leaderboard with a name of your choice. Only when you choose “In die Bestenliste eintragen” (enter the leaderboard) does your browser send the name and the game values (score, lines, level, number of pieces, playing time, start value of the piece sequence) to our multiplayer server over an encrypted connection; the game does not send rounds shorter than 30 seconds. The server checks the values for plausibility and stores at most ten entries per website (player name, score, lines, level, number of pieces, playing time, start value, date, name of the website and a technical session identifier made up of the connection time and a sequential number; no IP address). An entry remains stored until better results push it out of the ten places, for at most one year; after that the server deletes it automatically. Player name, score, lines, level and date are visible to everyone – in the game and via a public status query of the server. Please therefore choose a nickname rather than your full name. The server rejects inadmissible names; you can request deletion of your entry at any time via the contact details given in the legal notice. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the leaderboard).
Multiplayer server: IP address and operating log: The multiplayer server processes your IP address only in memory in order to limit the number of simultaneous connections per network connection (at most six) and discards it when you disconnect; it is neither logged nor stored. The server keeps an operating log without IP addresses and without player names: with a timestamp it records connections being opened and closed together with a sequential connection number, the website and the number of connected players, rooms being created and joined together with room code and connection number, the start of a duel and which connection lost a duel. This log serves troubleshooting and stable operation; if the file is larger than 2 MB, it is shortened to the most recent entries at the next restart of the server. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation).
At game.insight-it.de/farming/ we offer the game FARMING, a farm and village simulation. It runs in your browser; all parts of the game (program code, graphics and font) come from our own server, no third-party services are involved, and the game sets no cookies. When the game loads, the web server processes the usual connection data, as with every page request (see “Accessing the website”). Beyond that, the game only transmits data to us if you voluntarily take part in multiplayer (see below); it does not transmit any data to third parties.
Saved game in your browser: The game stores your progress in your browser (local storage, entry insight_farming_save_v1) whenever your character goes to sleep: game day and time, gold, experience and level, the character’s position, the selected tool and seed, fields, stocks of seeds and harvest, chickens and eggs, tasks, which crops you have already harvested, the levels of your tools, statistics on your field work (how often you have tilled, sown, watered, harvested and sold) with the achievements unlocked from them, which conversations have already taken place and whether sound is switched on. On your next visit the game offers to continue this saved game; “Neues Spiel” (new game) deletes it. The game does not ask for names, e-mail addresses or any other information about you.
Settings: The game also stores your settings from the “Optionen” (options) menu – graphics (resolution, textures, depth of field, glow, ambient occlusion, shadows and frame-rate display) and controls (“Ein Knopf für alles”, one button for everything) – in your browser (entry insight_farming_grafik_v1) so that it starts with the same settings on your next visit.
Storage period and deletion: The entries insight_farming_save_v1 and insight_farming_grafik_v1 remain on your device until you delete them; they are not transmitted to us and contain no information about you. You can delete them at any time in your browser settings (stored website data of game.insight-it.de). Legal basis: Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG.
Multiplayer (voluntary): Via the mailbox in the game (“Postkasten”) you can take part under a name of your choice: write letters to other players, write in the world chat, make friends and look at your friends’ farms. Only when you choose a name there or sign in with a name and device code does the game connect to our server; without taking part, this connection does not take place. Your name is visible to other players. You do not need to use your real name, and please do not put details such as your address or phone number into names, letters or the chat.
What we store for this: For your multiplayer account we store on our server your name, a checksum of your device code (not the code itself), the times of creation and of the last sign-in, your friends list, open friend requests, the names you have blocked, the letters to you (sender’s name, text, time and whether you have read it) and, for your friends, the state of your field with its time: which beds are dug, planted and watered, how far the plants have grown, game day, level and number of achievements, but no gold, no supplies and no other parts of your saved game. The state of your field can only be retrieved by players with whom you are mutual friends; a letter only by the person it is addressed to.
World chat and presence: Messages in the world chat are seen by everyone who is currently taking part and connected, together with your name and the time. The server keeps only the last 50 messages for at most 24 hours in working memory so that newcomers can see the conversation; chat messages are not stored on disk. Other players see a list of the names that are currently connected.
Protection against abuse: The server automatically checks names, chat messages and letters for links and against a list of offensive words. You can block names (you then no longer receive letters, requests or chat messages from them) and report letters or chat messages. We store a report with the reported text, your name, the name of the person who wrote it and the times for at most 30 days in order to review it and take action against unlawful content. The server uses your IP address only in working memory, during the connection and for up to one hour afterwards, to limit overload, the mass creation of names and the guessing of device codes; it is not stored on disk. The server’s operating log contains only consecutive connection numbers and counters, no names and no texts.
Device code in the browser: The game also stores your name and device code in your browser (entry insight_farming_mp_v1, together with whether you have paused multiplayer) so that it signs you in automatically on your next visit. With your name and device code you can also sign in on another device; therefore do not share the code. “Auf diesem Gerät abmelden” (sign out on this device) in the mailbox removes the entry; the account remains.
Storage period, deletion and legal basis (multiplayer): Under “Konto” (account) in the mailbox you can delete your multiplayer account at any time; we then immediately remove your name, your friends list, requests and block list, the state of your field, the letters to you, the letters from you and your chat messages. We delete a letter as soon as its recipient deletes it, otherwise after 30 days. We automatically delete an account that nobody has signed in to for 180 days, together with all the data mentioned. “Pausieren” (pause) disconnects until you resume. The legal basis for the processing on our server is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (providing the multiplayer functions you have chosen), for reports and the limits based on the IP address Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in secure operation free of abuse), and for the entry in your browser Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG.
At game.insight-it.de/casino/ we offer four browser games: ROULETTE, BLACKJACK, POKER and the SLOTMASCHINE. They are play-money games only: there are no real stakes, no payouts and no purchases. The games run in your browser; all components (code, graphics and fonts) are served from our own server, no third-party services are involved, and the games set no cookies. On loading, the web server processes the usual connection data as with any page view (see “Visiting the website”).
The game stores your play-money balance in your browser (local storage, entry casino.geld) so that your credit is still there on your next visit. Play money starts at 1,000 and refills automatically; it has no monetary value and cannot be paid out or deposited. Your settings – volume, music on or off, sound on or off, graphics quality and the strategy hint – are also stored in your browser (entry casino.einst). These entries never leave your device; you can delete them at any time through your browser settings (stored website data for game.insight-it.de). Legal basis: Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG.
Only when you choose “Play online” in a game does your browser connect to our server (insight-it.de) over an encrypted connection; without that choice no connection is made. Transmitted are the name of the game, a randomly generated session ID and your game actions (bets, moves); the server reports the table state and the table results. The game does not ask for names, e-mail addresses or any other personal details. The table state exists only in the server’s memory and ends when you leave the table or the connection is cut; it is not stored on disk. Your IP address is used by the server only transiently in memory to limit abuse (for example the number of simultaneous connections); it is neither stored nor logged. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the multiplayer feature).
In the SLOTMASCHINE, a shared jackpot grows with a share of every bet, and the latest big wins are shown to all currently connected players. This data also exists only in the server’s memory; if someone wins the jackpot, it is reported as an event to the currently connected players.
